2017 will be the year of the fire rooster. The rooster is about a lot of chatter and sometimes very little action. If you want to improve focus then start the 2nd half of the year with something to crow about - an 8 week mindfulness meditation course to help seal the energies for the rest of the year.
And yes you will be contributing to world peace - seriously!

A series of 7 lessons with twice daily homework for those who REALLY want to change the way they function in life.
Warning don't do this for someone else - this is JUST for you.
There is a limit of 8 people who can participate in each 'cohort'. We start with a little bit of theory about the mind, retraining the brain, neuro-science, and HOW they contribute to changing our patterns of behaviour. We then go into a bit of practice. You have a week of training (also known as homework). Week 2 builds on your practice, reflections and self-discovery from week 1's practices plus introduction to breath awareness. Week 3 is breath awareness and progressive muscle relaxation embedding the practice and a brief introduction to body scanning. Week 4 is scanning, Week 5 is scanning +, Week 6 is scanning plus movement, Week 7 is putting it all together, Week 8 is an optional week and depends on how fast everyone gets through the exercises.
Saturday the 2nd of September 2017. This is an on-line course only.
What you need to do
Figure which option suits you. Book in, then we set aside at least 1/2 an hour to interview you - establish your goals and objectives and work around diaries and time options.
